Ben Caputo was born and raised in San Jose. Upon graduating from Archbishop Mitty High School, he attended Oregon State University where he received a degree in Economics. While at Oregon State, he was also a member of the University’s football team. Ben brings close to 25 years of commercial real estate expertise. Ben began his career working with Prologis, a publicly traded, multi-billion-dollar Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of a Two Million Square Foot portfolio in Fremont and Hayward. After Prologis Ben had a successful career with Colliers International in Sacramento and CBRE in San Jose. During his 20 plus years as a broker Ben has completed over 600 transactions totaling close to 7 million Square Feet.
Ben currently resides in Willow Glen with his wife Emily and his children Jake, Mia and Vincent. He enjoys coaching football at Mitty High School, golfing, and working out.
